Shipment and delivery
La Muse Boutique delivers orders in Switzerland and to more than 60 countries worldwide. Your orders will be shipped as quickly as possible from La Muse Boutique in Geneva, Switzerland.
The average time to dispatch your order is usually 24 Hours but can be a tiny bit longer during busy times and bank holidays. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email by La Muse Boutique indicating the estimated delivery time and a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery online.
The delivery in Switzerland is handled by the quick and reliable service of La Poste. The order will be delivered directly to your home or workplace, and for convenience, deposit at your nearest post office if you are away. The shipment in Switzerland is free for all orders.
For orders delivered to a country listed below, we offer free shipping for any order above 100€. For orders below 100€ a shipping fee of 5€ will be charged. Delivery is handled by one of the global logistic leader, DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS and will normally be made within 24 to 72 hours depending on the country.
La Muse Boutique takes charge of all the import taxes and duties for orders delivered to the European Union, so the price paid for your order is the final price for the order delivered for the countries listed below.
For worldwide orders, we charge a shipping fee of 25 CHF. Worldwide delivery is handled by one of the global logistic leader Swiss Post, DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS and takes normally between 24 - 72 Hours but may take longer, depending on the final destination.
You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
The item that you ordered is not the right size, or it doesn't fit you ?
Do not worry, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and you will be refunded promptly. If you would like to return an item, you need to send us an email to email@example.com to let us know and receive shipping instructions. Please do not return your order before contacting us first !
The returning items should be in good conditions, be put in their original packaging and sent back in a proper package. There must not be any traces of use and be accompanied by all their possible accessories including the designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, returned without their original labels or without advising us first before sending the return or returns that in any other way do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
For hygienic reasons, we can not accept the return of swimwear or earrings, thank you for your understanding.
Once we have verified the items are in satisfactory conditions, we will promptly proceed to the reimbursement of the items. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges or import charges and duties incurred will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
