The item that you ordered is not the right size, or it doesn't fit you ?

Do not worry, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and you will be refunded promptly. If you would like to return an item, you need to send us an email to to let us know and receive shipping instructions. Please do not return your order before contacting us first ! 

We appreciate your business & are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for returns. Please be aware that as a small company, our policy is that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you like us to organise the return we are happy to do that and will advise you the return shipping costs that will be deducted from your refund amount. 

The returning items should be in good conditions, be put in their original packaging and sent back in a proper package. There must not be any traces of use and be accompanied by all their possible accessories including the designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, returned without their original labels or without advising us first before sending the return or returns that in any other way do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

For hygienic reasons, we can not accept the return of swimwear or earrings, thank you for your understanding. 

Once we have verified the items are in satisfactory conditions, we will promptly proceed to the reimbursement of the items. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges or import charges and duties incurred will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 


Please inform us about exchanges when you return us your purchase so we can check the availability of an item and reserve it for you. Once we received your returned items in good conditions we will send out the new order according to your instructions. Please note that shipping costs will apply on exchanges if the exchange is not successful.
